Online Vs. Real Game

Recommended Posts

I play much more aggressively live. Online, I usually multi table so I don't get a good read on my opponents and I stick to a pretty rigid starting hand requirement. Live, I usually play as aggressively as the table allows me to be.

I player lower stakes live than online. I also play drunker live.
I think you're the only person that I've ever heard say that. The average player that can beat a 2/4 LHE game online can beat most 10/20 LHE games live.If you're doing it the otherway that's -ev mos def.

i make a lot less moves online, as it's wayyyyyy easier to call down by clicking a button than it is physically pushing those chips in a pot
Conversly you can make more moves because it's wayyyyyyyyy easier to click a few buttons than make a move and have someone stare you down.

But when I play live I get drunk, so I think it's +ev

Planning to play tons of live poker in December. Online is so much tougher than live. Negative about live is it just gets so boring at times. Now playing lots online and hopefully have my game in good shape by the time I get to the casino. (No casino's in my area have poker :club::D )
