Wierd. I'd like to try and protect our hand here, but a flop 3-bet won't do it, and neither will a turn lead. I suppose I want to cr the turn, but I'm unsure of the line. If we're trapped between an overpair and a flush draw, our equity is almost nonexistent, so I'm not sure what there is to protect.I actually sort of wish I ccould find a fold here. I think 3-bet the flop/lead the turn or 3-bet the flop/call down from a flop cap are both better, because at least we're trying to make a draw pay.I hate JJ, especially in ep.

flop 3 bet.easy McCheezylet's look at preflop.Lets assume UTG folded and it's folded to you. You 3 bet still right? Even though JJ has slim equity vs an UTG+1 raise. You are 55% vs AK/AQ. You crush 99-TT and are crushed by QQ-AA. (given the UTG player, your equity to 3 bet, is imprved)But when you 3-bet you also get to see what the villain does. Pretty useful when you have JJ.Given villain does not Cap prefop esp 3 handed, I'd be more than happy to 3 bet that flop.

Don't we like c/r the turn better than 3-bet flop? Doesn't it protect our hand better? The answer is probably no b/c i'm always wrong, but why is 3-bet flop better?
