  3. If the td said its too late it's too late, end of story, the guy is there for a reason and that is to do his job. He makes the call one way or another, and not always will they be right i guess.
  4. good dude from one of the other forums i visit builds there tables. Did ya at least like that?
  5. right across the river from ya in windsor and man oh man is it hot
  6. 35$ for 24 canadian beers, jager is around 30 a bottle, smokes are 8-9 a pack, "escourts" are 10 -400$ LOL not sure what a chalet is but motels can run 40-140 (obviously more too)hope that helps
  7. gonna have to get that Bob Ciaffone’s rulebook , i normally go by roberts rules, allthough most games at my house involve too much beer to read rules so its not that big of a deal, Just kinda wonder how the pros and other deal with it
  8. you have to show both to win the pot if that what it comes down to , as for the showing cards to your neighbours, roberts rules says Show one, show all. Players are entitled to receive equal access to information about the contentsof another player's hand. After a deal, if cards are shown to another player, every player at the"Robert's Rules of Poker"8 Show one, show all. Players are entitled to receive equal access to information about the contentsof another player's hand. After a deal, if cards are shown to another player, every player at thetable has a right to see those cards. During a dea
  9. true enough, allthough i cant say i know, but from what i gather most pro players make a living playing cash games. And in watching what is going on in hsp, to see people tossing out 100,000 in a hand seems to be nothing to them, so why would 48,00 in a tourney be any different. If your desire is to win and nothing else, and it helps you blow off some steam to get back in, maybe intimidate some players at your table, by telling them your not going anywhere, than all the power to ya, I say good job daniel.
  10. Had a couple general questions on how people around here handle different situations that i noticed on HSP.First off is the showing of cards to another player, I think it was around ep 2 or so, and i think it was laak that showed his cards to whoever it was next to him before mucking. Is this normal? for my home game i try to keep it at show one show all. We have alot of friends and couples that play together and i think it gives an unfair advantage for one person to see what the other is folding?comments.Next one is on the last ep (8) think it was laak and giang, giang bluffed at it and raise
  11. i think daniel had to put up another pros 10 g's to last years main event, dont think he could do that if he was broke.
  12. second post and maybe the last, thats a funny right there LOL
