Shocktastik 0
Hey all, I'm at the final table in the $5k new player freeroll on Party. I'm chip leader with 9 players left. 2.5mil next closest has 1.8mil. I'd ask for you guys to come cheer me on, but since observer chat is broken on Party, there's no use!I'm pretty much molesting this table stealing pots left and right without really risking anything. (I guess that's because I'm not really new even though this is my first deposit on Party)

No_Neck 0
good work, nothing like a free 1k to get you started on party
suicideking 0
Take it down man. When I have played those freeerolls, if I have made it past the first hour, I have final tabled every time. I won the 2500 freeroll a few times; good for 525. They are definitely a different style of play, you know as in not good?
SBriand 4
Getting through the first hour with a decent stack is key. The first hour usually gets rid of the riff raff and the play becomes more poker like after than but not much.

Shocktastik 0
Thanks everyone I appreciate the support! Yeah, I played really tight the first hour or so, then the cards hit me like a train the second hour which put me in the chip lead at my table. Then I bullied my way up a little while I was going through a dry spot. I basically just played more aggressively than everyone else but didn't go crazy. I don't think I went all in until we were almost at the end.
