This season players have tightened up considerably, but he was basing his play off Seasons 1 and 2. In those seasons playing solid ABC NLHE was BY FAR the best approach.I do agree that he was playing too tight early, therefore he was getting no action on his big hands. He pushes with K9o (25k in chips quite early) and gets called by a high pocket pair. Barry flopped the straight and sends the guy packing.
