If you imagine this post in the voice of the biker from the Geico commercials, it's a lot more funny.

What is up with Daniel? How do you call off all your chips with middle pair. Doesn't make any sense to me, unless he thought the dude was on a stone cold bluff. If you heard Daniel's blog regarding the last WPT event, Festa el Lago, it seems like he is playing some pretty horrendous poker. Daniel, maybe you should take a break from playing and get all of those things that are distracting you in order and out of the way. Otherwise, you are just contributing to the payoff and probably getting into some bad play habits.

How does that matter? How does that justify playing shitty poker? We should all strive to play our best anytime we are on the felt.

Just[size=3][font=Franklin Gothic Medium]Just a thought. A poker player plays for a living, so it is his job,He is also organized the new poker league. He writes a column on pokerhe loves golfand I think he is writing a bookhe just got married this past summerAnd he has this site, I think he should do nothing but play poker, and play golf only when there are no games that day, He is speading himself way too thin. and his game is suffering. He is Way too good a poker player and he will realize it on his ownJust my thoughts. and I know this coming year will be almost as good as 2004

I know a lot of people that do more than their "job". Maybe Daniel has seen the evils of tournament poker variance and is doing all this other stuff to help secure his families future. Wouldn't that make it his "job" to continue doing all this stuff?Who says that he just didn't make a decision to be more than a "poker player". Maybe this is what makes him happy.

Yeah... not through bad play though, there wasn't much he could do about it.
