Zach6668 513
Pizza pizza IS the worst! Why is it so popular here?
iBeaver 409
Little Caesers is pure shit. It's why a large is $5. Cardboard crust.
Dubey 1,035
I still enjoy Little Caesar's. It is undoubtedly the worst chain Pizza, but still good imo. (it's still Pizza)
Babying 613
Otto's buddy got a football scholarship for St Marys. He has aspirations of the CFL. He plays left tackle (yes the blind side). He is about 6'7" and 325 lbs and we have known this kid since he was 10. Since he is Otto's buddy yes they both seriously hound for autographs. He sent a video to Otto yesterday and told him to show it to me. He was signing autographs for little kids
Dubey 1,035
That's cool. I'm actually reading the Blindside right now. Haven't seen the movie.
iBeaver 409
A friend on Facebook is having a meltdown about Verlander. I was pretty happy they traded him because I'm not a big fan and he serves no purpose in a team fighting to stay out of last. His value is what they could get by trading him. I've been waiting 2 years for this. I made that mistake by posting my opinion on my own personal Facebook feed. This guy comes in with his angry face emoji like and then tells me I'm not a real fan and what I posted was ridiculous. Minutes later he posts on his feed that he can sort of understand why they traded Upton but trading away a hof pitcher was ridiculous!! And because of that he will no longer watch the Tigers. Him and serge should date.

iBeaver 409
lol it's also funny because he's going around in other posts about the trade saying he called the trade was going to be with Houston as if that wasn't widely reported days before it happened.

MapleLeafpoker 1,462
I thought this was funny, but its probably just for me in one day, really 6hours of my day I watched/followed all these sports... Hockey- trade talk in pools, signed up for Slack, looked over the new season Tennis- watched a bit of the Shapo match, and followed along online where I could Baseball- Made moves in my fantasy league, watched a bit of a game Football- Got ready for my fantasy draft Soccer- Watched a bit of Armenia-Romania, heartbreak (I may have a sports/pools problem)
MapleLeafpoker 1,462
Hey Bob, curious if you have any thoughts or knowledge on this, but why are Canadian Davis Cup matches held so often outside of TO? (At least I feel like they are?) I noticed this weekend in Edm again, I would have gone to watch if it was here. Probably.
FCP Bob 1,312
Hey Bob, curious if you have any thoughts or knowledge on this, but why are Canadian Davis Cup matches held so often outside of TO? (At least I feel like they are?) I noticed this weekend in Edm again, I would have gone to watch if it was here. Probably. Tennis Canada wants to spread the events around outside of Toronto and Montreal where we have the Roger's Cups. There are a lot of cities that will support Davis Cup. Halifax for example does a great job when we play there.
MapleLeafpoker 1,462
looks really dead in Edm, empty in even the best seats, looks like 1,000 at best. Just made me wonder why not in TO, but your point makes sense. Not sure the crowd for this would be that much bigger in TO

That's Northlands Colisieum that seats over 15,

FCP Bob 1,312
How much are decent Raptors tickets? they sell out every game these days so you're going to have to get them on the secondary market most likely. Raptor tickets at face value are a bit less than the Leafs but not much less
