  1. Hey Sandwedge. I deal at a dog track outisde of Tallahassee. It's called the Jefferson County Kennel Club. I have a regular 8-5 job, but wanted to try my hand at dealing on the side to make some extra $$. Plus it gives me a great opportunity to work on my own game when I'm dealing. We can't play at our home track, but we can play at any other track. I play about twice a month when I travel to Orlando for work.
  2. I figured since the original staking thread was kind of hijacked that this should have a thread of its own. Plus I wanted others to know how much I appreciate the stake from Pitch. Thanks for the kind words. I've been around forever myself, but don't post much. It's so rare for me to see a staking thread within the requisite 2 minutes it takes to get 30 responses. I'm just stoked that I was able to give it back, plus some. If I can run the $1.75 I have left into $20 or more, you'll be the first to get a $5.50 stake.-Decent
  3. For those of you who don't know, Pitchgod gave out 2 $5.50 stakes on FTP earlier today. It is the first time I've ever gotten one, since the post requirements usually rule me out. I don't really play online, just deal and play live. I took the $$ and entered a $3.30 MTT. I knocked out 2 players (earning $1.00 in knockout money), but finished around 140 or so out of 600. I then took the remaining $2.20 and entered a 4 person heads up sit-n-go, and I won!I know it's not much to most on here, but I'm very grateful, and I had a blast. Winning the tourney for $8 plus the $1 in knockout $$ me
  4. Okay Pitch, I went ahead and entered a 4 person $2.20 heads up sit-n-go with the rest. Tourney ID 36373330. Time to take this one down!
  5. Thanks King, that worked. I wasn't thinking about ctrl+C for some reason.
  6. Ok, I'm sure this is easy for most of you, but how do I copy and paste a hand history from Full Tilt? I just accepted a stake today from a fellow FCPer, and I want to be able to post hand histories.I tried going back to the previous hand and copying the chat, but it won't let me right click. I realize this is a newbie question, but I apprecate the help.-Decent
  7. Just wanted to say thanks again to pitch for the stake. In lieu of a quick response (I didn't give him much time), I am registered for tourney 36276765 on FTP, which starts in about 1 minute. It is a $3.30 knockout tourney, with a pretty good prize pool.I will use the remaining $2.20 to enter a smaller tourney and will post that tourney when I enter as well. Thanks again Pitch, and I hope to pay it forward to FCP.
  8. Pitchgod, just wanted to say thanks. I got your stake. I'm humbled actually. It's the first stake I've ever received. I have a basketball league game at 8:15 est, but I should be home by 10:00 or so. I looked on FT already and saw there's a couple tourneys later. I'm looking at playing around 10:30 or 11:00 tonight, est. I'll be sure to let you know what tourney I'm playing in.Thanks again, and I hope to pay it forward. -Decent
  9. Of course in the time it took to read and post there were already a few in front of me. Amazing.Still hoping to get picked for once! One time baby, one tiiiimmmme!!!!!
  10. First in for once! Pick me, pick me.I play almost exclusively live, but would love to take a shot at a tourney online. I built a roll up on the old Tropical Poker from $0 to $2,000 in about 3 months, but cashed it all out before they went offline. I haven't taken the time to figure out how to deposit after the law changed, but I'd love to take a shot.caviness36 on FTPThanks!
  11. First, congrats on getting a live session under your belt. It is certainly a rush the first time you sit down at a live table. Second, I really think you need to reconsider your bankroll. I know there's a lot of talk on this forum regarding bankroll management, and more players should take note of that advice. If you sit at a $1/$2 game with $100, you are asking for trouble. You cannot realistically sit in that game with anything less than $200. If you have $200 in front of you, and you look down at 10, 10, you can can feel comfortable making a raise to $12 or $15. By the same token, yo
  12. Typing 'bump' 800 times is a little excessive... but I say good job JayRay. Please try to win a tourney or two with your newfound $20 and then share with the rest of us.
  13. Jayray, congrats to you if you did indeed win. I'm partially upset that they were all/mostly of the 'bump' variety, but kudos to anyone who can write 'bump' that many times. I tried to keep up with about 100 rants, but couldn't keep typing that long! lol.I do think for once I should at least get a consolation prize for keeping this thing active...Good job JayRay.-CD
  14. Will Papelbon be making any more noise this offseason to move into the rotation?
  15. Is it just me or is Jacoby Ellsbury already 10x the player Coco Crisp is?
