Event #18 of the 2014 WSOP is the $10,000 Seven-Card Razz Championship and Daniel is in contention to win a bracelet sitting 3rd of 12 to start the final day on Sunday.

Whether or not he'll admit it, I'm fairly certain the bracelet bets effect how he plays.

 

Why do you say that ? He seems to be playing and doing well just like he does very year at the wsop.

Daniel doesn't have that large a piece of the bracelet bets, Ivey has most of their action

Why do you say that ? He seems to be playing and doing well just like he does very year at the wsop.

 

I didn't mean to make it sound like it's making him play bad, but perhaps (and just an opinion) it may have some adverse effect on his decision making, especially in the latter stages.

 

It doesn't matter how seasoned a player is, there will definitely be pressure when the bracelet is in reach. Having the extra side bets may or may not add to that pressure.
