  1. For all the idiots claiming this issue doesn't matter.......The extra chips are evidence of possible cheating. For instance, you could buy into a $1,000 event and receive $1,500 in chips. You pocket the $1,500 in chips (because obviously no one is really watching) and you find a way to reintroduce those chips into a more expensive event like the Main Event which costs $10,000. In other words you are buying discounted chips. You round up enough scum bag friends and suddenly you have enough chips to have an above average stack in the early going of the tournament.Granted you can lose the chips t
  2. Stu Ungar was born in 1953. That would have made him 26-27 years old when he won for the first time.
  3. I can already smell the restraining order.
  4. Even though Daniel mentions in the Vblog that Lyle Berman would be happy to use the WSOP release, I don't believe that was ever offerred to the players. I think they could have avoided all of this if that offer was made.My theory is that the WPT did not negotiate in good faith. They probably did not believe that these players would hire lawyers and file the suit. Now that they did, the WPT has to look tough so they have some negotiating power. This will probably be settled within a month, because neither side wants to pay the lawyers all the money to take it to court.
  5. This logic is flawed. Poker is about making more correct decisions than your opponents. Shoving your money in as an underdog is not a correct decision.Remember that each hand is a statistically independent event. Just because you lost the last 3 hands as a 3:2 dog does not mean you are due to win the next one.
  6. A smart pokerplayer checks the table break list before he emarks on this strategy.A gambler just assumes he'll have a chance to get his chips back.A smart player checks his cards before moving all in.A gambler will flip coins for $1,000, somehow believing he has an edge.It sounds like Daniel has been frustrated by the WSOP and he was just blowing off some steam. I'm sure he can afford it. He probably made some no name internet poker player very happy when he left the initial table with 10 of Daniel's buy ins.
  7. We have yet to see any clips of Daniel's beautiful wife, Lori in the video blogs. In fact I'm starting to believe (from all the videos of Daniel in bed) that Mushu sleeps with Daniel and Lori sleeps in another room. Does Lori have a full time job that keeps her busy and out of the house?
  8. Is anyone else having trouble watching the video blog? The thing keeps stopping and starting all the time to where it's damn near impossible to get through. It seems like there is not enough bandwidth. So does my computer suck or does the website need some tweaking?
  9. The company sold for $4 Billion???? Even if that number is true, do you think he was the sole owner of the company? If he was anywhere close to worth a billion dollars he would be showing up on the Forbes list, which he has not.
