I've found that I need 6+ hours of sleep each night to function. Committing to sleep is the hardest thing for me. I can always be distracted by a book or article or obscure movie on TV instead of going to sleep... On a related but random sidenote, if there is anyone in the Chicagoland area who has an aberrant sleep schedule I've got a +EV situation for you. A research group at Northwestern Memorial Hospital will pay you $1300 for staying awake for 28 hours. I guarantee almost anyone on this board has done that at least once. It's pretty interesting so see how you score on the neurological test

Definitely dig the Contra reference. I got so good at it I could beat the game without using the code in under 25 minutes. What an awesome game.GT4 is up there now as far as best games however...

I think the number one characteristic that makes him a good player is that the money doesn't matter. With his competitive nature, winning is everything. There aren't many people who can say the same (but DN is one), and that gives him an edge.

The Man with the Golden Arm wasn't too bad.Shade was better than expected. Lucky Town (w/ James Caan and Kirsten Dunst) was awful.Just a few that are maybe off the beaten path. Looking forward to High Roller coming out on DVD.

3/6 is a good enough limit to play "real" poker? you've got to be kidding me.

You can't expect AJ to hold up against two players, especially with the tight player to act after you. Wait for a better spot.Just curious... How does 150 person * $100 buy-in = $25,000 prize pool?
