Early postaments...lolAnyways. My "goal" for April was to somehow turn NO money on stars in to something. I got 4th place in the Fcp Heads Up tourney for $75. Whittled that down to around $30 playing cheapo sit n'gos. Took my last shot at a $22 180man last night, and took the thing down for the $1080. :club: (rail thread was here) http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker-foru...showtopic=97944So....now that I have some kind of a workable bankroll, and really no way of redepositing, I'd like to use it somewhat smartly. Since there are a lot of smart people around here, I'll throw it to the masses...What should I do here? I usually play $10 & $20 180 man sng's (and have an almost 100% roi - granted through only 150 tourneys) and also PLO cash games for the most part...What's the smart way to deal with this now? Play my sng's still, and start where? $50 plo? $25? Should I move some $ back to UB or AP where I have rakeback acct's? I usually find that splitting up my roll on to different sites causes me to play tighter for some reason...Anyone have any words of wisdom, etc??

early postaments = +ev of course.id keep playing the 22$ 180's. you have the roll for them now, so i think you should probably play them until you have >3k and then reevaluate your approach. (excellent takedown last night btw, congrats)

April Results: Well, due to getting a new job and adjusting to a "real world" schedule, i barely played in april and missed any goals i set, so i wont bother rehashing them. I did still manage to pull out a mediocre wininng month even though i only logged about 6k hands.May Goals: Get back to a normal playing schedule. - Ideally I'll get back to playing 15k+ hands this month.Start playing more Live - with the new job i now have all my evenings and weekends free, along with more cash on hand...so hopefully that all translates to more trips to the casino and the live games.other than that, the only goal is to win! the bankroll is healthy...now its time to start heading towards "robusto"

April results::Absolute: $1327---(+$35)Bodog: $784---(+$207)PStars: $513---(+$12)LIVE 1/2 NL:--- --- 22hrs--- $3548---(-$2)Well, I finally started playing live regularly, just glad I haven't shoved a shotgun in my mouth. Can't believe I'm breaking even against the worst players on earth. Or perhaps I just suck, not enough hours to tell , yet. Only decent production came from Bodog instead of the usual; AP.Oh yeah, I've determined Stars SnG's are equally as rigged as the cash games, thought there might be a difference.

I only have about $50 online, and I don't really want to find a new way to deposit. So I guess I'll be grinding low limit SNG's until I can get a working bankroll together. I'll start with the $1.1 45 man turbo's on Stars and hopefully work my way up to the $3.25 ones by this month. I played a few of the $1.1's today, and they're even softer than I imagined, which I didn't think was possible. My goal is to play 125-150 of these with an ROI of at least 150%, which shouldn't be much of a problem. Also, I want to reread the HOH books while at work to get back into the freezeout mindset.

I'd like to make 2k, but I play so many mtt's that it's impossible to make monetary goals and meet them just by sheer will power. Also I play about once/week.gl everyone

Oh I'm gonna pull a number out of my butt here and shoot for $1k or 20 buy-ins at $50 NL. Gotta shoot for the stars.

Having said that, 1500 hands/day, 5 days/week is a modest goal, I believe, so I'd like to total 30-35k hands over the month.I can make between 1.5-2 BB/100 in benefits on AP, and, even though I've been running/playing bad, my goal is a modest winrate of 1 BB/100 at the tables, so, add that all together, a mix of 2/4 and 3/6 as I start to win again (hopefully?), and I'd like to do a $4000 month in gross profit ($$$, RB, Bonus, ARP value).
lol @ my goals.I played 12,677 hands in April, but managed to clear $2000.94 in profit. Clearly, this is below what I wanted, on both accounts, but to clear half of what I wanted in like 1/3rd of the hands, I'm happy, and optimistic for May.With that, in May, I'm going to bonus whore like crazy. Gonna hit up a bunch of the Cryptos, and then play out the stretch on AP.Here's my whoring plan:
  • $150 Betsafe @ 5x, ~1800 hands.
  • $100 Sun Poker @ 5x, ~1k hands.
  • $100 Interpoker @ 5x, ~1k hands.
  • $200 Poker Plex @ 5x, ~2k hands.
  • $200 Playboy Poker @ 5x, ~2k hands.
  • $300 Interpoker @ 5.66x, ~3500-4k hands.
  • $100 Betsafe @ 7.5x, ~1500 hands.
  • $250 Betsafe @ 8x, ~ 5k hands.

I should also have two $100 new player bonuses at Playboy, and Inter (as long as you can do month in the same month), and in total, that's $1600 in bonus, plus 30% RB in about 20k hands. So that's my goal. Add into that 1 BB/100 winrate, and I'm looking for $3500+ over 20k+ hands.Modest, easy goal, but baby steps from my lackluster effort in April.GL all.- Zach

Jesus what a crappy month. After getting my RB I will be up maybe 50 bucks. Lost about 150 BB in SH. Won a lot of it back in heads up sit-n-go's which are highly addictive. So much for having 2k to take to vegas. Well I'm only gonna play until about mid month then I gotta cash out most of my roll for the trip. My big concern for Vegas is that I recently had my car totaled and the insurance check just came in so If I don't buy a new car by the time I go I'm sure I'm going to play with that money. But hopefully I will have my roll up to around 1800 by that point.

my goal is to find a way to get the deposit bonuses on the crypto sites. oh, and i guess sign up to Playboy Poker. Maybe sign up to PokerVegas247 and UltimateBet through PSO as well.otherwise, just play as much cryptos as possible, finish my Party and Stars bonuses, get in hands at Pacific and WPX, and drink a lot of beer.mostly though, i want to get in the max possible hands at 5x bonuses at Crypto, by getting in my deposits. no clue how so far.

fyi, click2pay is looking like a decent option. Seems similar to Neteller.I think I may get screwed though, as I had to sign up for the account using my gf's name, since they wouldn't accept my credit card, and all of the sites say the name on the c2p account must match the poker account. I've made my deposit to Betsafe, and withdrawn money already though (although I've yet to receive it into my c2p account), so hopefully it's something they don't look to close for.As far as I know, there are no fees either, btw, aside from having to convert back and forth from USD to CAD.

sounds good - i'll definitely be hitting you up for more info.seems like a valid option so far is to just get an american dollar credit card, since some sites seem to allow you to withdraw back onto a credit card. i'd just deposit whatever i need to monthly, and so long as i don't take any huge losses, withdraw back onto it, and avoid paying the ridiculous exchange rates credit card companies charge, by never having a positive balance. this would allow me to keep the sites balanced as well.whenever i needed some cash, i'd just withdraw by cheque or so and bite the bullet, but it'd be no more than a couple bucks every month or two.

April Results:Final table 3 90-man DS SnG'sAccomplished :D Final table 2 MTT's, including one in the 26k guarantee on Full TiltFinal tabled a $5.50 and took 8th for like $30. :club: Final tabled the $10+1 Midnight Madness and took 3rd for about $950 on April 29th no less. :D More or less stopped playing the 26k guarantee, and didn't final table it. :D I'm still calling this one accomplished, though.Play 30 $10+1 9 man SnG's and come out at least $90 aheadStopped playing SnG's and focused on MTT's. I think I'm an MTT player, mostly because I don't like playing more than 2 tables at once, and I realized if I wanted to make a lot of money on 9-man SnG's I would have to play at least 4 at once. I think I ended down for the month in like 10 9-man's. May Goals:Final table 4 MTT's 1 down, FT'd a $10+1 tourney, took 5th for $217. Played well, though.Win 1 MTTFinal table 3 90-mansWin 1 90-manGo to Atlantic City at least once.
