I concur, and kinda feel the same way about the Sharks too. Come in with no hype, no pressure, no expectations and just cruise. Kinda like the Pens in 09.

Big win for the Caps..Going back home now with the home advantage.Pretty impressed with Holtby..Only 21 NHL games under his belt..His record is just amazing. 14-4-3Can a rookie lead you to a Stanley Cup though? Ken Dryden did but anyone else?

Complete isn't the right term. They were fairly terrible for most of the game. Holtby is just in God-Mode right now. Pretty epic performance by him so far. The Caps started to play a bit better as the game went on, but it was still a pretty dominant performance by Boston, up against an even more dominant performance by Holtby.

Wow, what a gutsy, courageous, effort put on by the Capitals tonight. They showed a lot of heart & composure. Looks like Cinderella is here in the NHL playoffs and is planning to stay past midnight. This team is so complete and awesome. These guys work hard, they shoot, they pass the puck, this is hockey. So happy this team is doing well.

First game all series the Bruins didn't dominate them. Impressive effort by the Caps.I think it's a bit blasphemous as a Pens fan, but I quite like Matt Hendricks.

I like Alexander Semin bc he tweets during games, and I like Joel Ward bc he is black and reminds me of my black friend.

Please win tonight..In this crazy year of upsets, in Arp's playoff pool we picked 10 players. If the Rangers and Caps win i will have ALL 10 players alive in the second round.Even so, I banked on the Kings and have 5 Kings.

Go, Caps!!!Hendricks is one of those guys who will do anything for a team, like standing in front of the net getting pummelled by opponent's defense, chasing hard into corners and fighting whoever. Yet he also brings plenty of other qualities. Teams need players like him.
"We had all the momentum. We were riding the crest of a high and beautiful wave. So now, less than five years later, you can go up on a steep hill in Las Vegas and look west, and with the right kind of eyes you can almost see the high-water mark, that place where the wave finally broke and rolled back." —Raoul Duke, Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas

This team 11/12 Washington Capitals team reminds me of the asdfjkl; 9/10 team. Nobody gave the 9/10 asdfjkl; a shot, and said they were a joke. Yet they proved all the doubters wrong and won the world championship. This team has so much heart, desire, love, and have great leadership in the Ovechkin much like how Biatch led the asdfjkl; 9/10 team. These guys are the team everybody else wants to play in the playoffs and they stun em like a stun gun.
