  2. Yes Definitly. I wish I knew about the people on this forum meeting up. I'm relativly new to FCP, but I'm a regular on the RGP boards. To Rich, once again you got the oppertunity of a lifetime. Congrats. The closest I've come was playing Erik Seidel heads up in an Omaha 8/b SNG. He promptly crushed me, but even that was a thrill. I'm sure the live game was 10 times better. But I'm down to get invovled in any game, not just NLHE. My name is FreakzillaE on IM and my email is smith.4417@osu.edu
  3. Congrats man. Wish I got to play more than one hand in that tournament, but hey at least someone did very very well. Great Job!
  4. Well I have the dubious honor of being the first one out. I held Q Q and raised to 125 preflop. I get reraised to 300. I called. Board comes out j 6 4 I check, raiser moves in. I think for a minute and call. Dude turns over a k . Turn comes A River j . Golly that sucks. Oh well, I'll be back for the speech at 7.
  5. I'm playing a WSOP 40 FPP Qualifer on Stars. Top 2 places go on to Round 2 for a shot at WSOP. I hold the Chip lead with about 325,000. There are 6 players left at the final table. Blinds 2k/4k. I have 9h Th in the Small Blind. One guy UTG raises to 10k. Another player behind him reraises to 25k. I fold the hand. UTG calls. Flop comes out 8c 7c jh. 25k moves in and the other guy calls. 25k guy had rockets, UTG has A7o. Should I have made this call with the suited connectors becasue I have the chips to spare. The straight would have won me the pot. Should I have flat called the 25k or
  6. I'm coming to this event at Ohio State on Saturday. If there are like 300 people going to the tourney, how will winning your table get you to the finals. That would mean like at most 80 people max. Unless it's changed and the last 9 get in. Either way I'm gonna try my hardest to do well. And to Daniel, it's a real honor to have a top pro play with us. Thanks again from the buckeye nation from coming
  7. To answer some of your questions, depending on the board to see how many of your cards will help you are out, and the style of your opponents determines whether or not to call a raise. If a guy is continuously bluffing playing (KQ) 2 for example and you have picked up on that, you can jam the pot. If for example you hold (64) A and you see a board with some 6's and A's you can go ahead and raise because odds are pretty good only one or two have a legit hand. Odds are also good you won't pair up those cards immediatly and have a good chance at making a hand. If the board shows a lot of 3's
