2013 Fcp Wsop Pool Powered By The Global Poker Index

Recommended Posts

We're very happy to be running another WSOP Pool for 2013 where one person will win 1% of Daniel's cashes at the WSOP this Summer not including events with a buyin of more than $10K or the Main Event.

Last year's structure worked well so we have basically kept it the same for this year.

Daniel has put together 15 groups of players with 5 in each group. You choose the player from each group who you think will earn the most GPI Player of the Year Points during the 2013 WSOP at The Rio in Las Vegas. Your team's score is the total number of GPI Player of the Year points that your 15 players earn.

The tie breaker is a guess of how much money Daniel will cash for at the WSOP this year.

Here's the link to the pool sign up page.

2013 FCP WSOP Pool Powered By The Global Poker Index

One slight change for this year is that we are using Global Poker Index Player of the Year Points instead of WSOP POY points. The GPI points are similar in that the larger the buyin and the larger the field the more points are earned. Any player who cashes in an event will earn points.

Here's the link to the GPI Player of the Year details.

Here's the link to the Pool Terms and Conditions.

Here are a few of the rules.

  • You must be at least 21 Years of Age as of May 29th, 2013 to be eligible to win a prize.
  • No entries will be accepted after Wednesday May 29th at 9:00PM EDT.
  • You must have a valid FullContactPoker.com Forum account to be eligible to win a prize.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. If you enter more than once you will not be eligible to win a prize no matter how many forum accounts you have

Bob, That would be a shame. I hope Daniel reconsiders. This is the way some of us 'railbirds' who can't get out to Vegas for the WSOP stay in tune and have a 'rooting' interest in certain players, ki

I'm way out of the poker loop nowadays but this is always fun. Perhaps I can finally get a top 500 finish! Good Luck everyone.

Hope Quadjacks will stream it. Was lot of fun to watch last year

I think you are mixing up Daniel's $25K buyin pool with this one and yes it was a lot of fun to watch last year.

I think this fantasy pool is not worth much if Daniel doesn't do well so he's the obvious pick in group #1. I also think a woman winner in the main event is due and so picked Selbst over the guys in her group. Not 100% done my picks so we'll see in a couple of days... Good Luck everyone! This was fun to follow last year...
