I would fold this preflop for sure at this stage in the tournament. As for post flop, bet bigger on the flop (maybe 20-24) and bet like 60,000 or all in on the turn.

Villain played it worse in my opinion, with the clubs he has to put in a raise flop or turn to protect himself.As for your play I don't hate preflop, you should mix it up a little bit at the 4.40 level, you just have to be careful about it.Flop is fine, but you really want to get all the chips in on the turn. I think you can do this by betting pot (or even shoving) and representing that you trying to push a single club hand off the pot.As for the river, if you are going to bet 36k there you might as well shove, because you have no FE once you bet the 36. A check may have saved you money depending on the villain, as he may not shove himself with a worse hand than you have. That 36k bet was the worst thing you could do there.

Yah this is a cooler. Plain and simple. Do you think you could have somehow known that you were gonna get terribly outdrawn by the river and in realizing it made some sort of special Jedi bet that would cause him to fold his monster set of nines? Little hint about poker...sometimes we lose...even when it seems like we weren't supposed to. Sidenote: I realize that Harrington says betting half the pot is a profitable play in tournaments but that doesn't mean you should bet half the pot...... every single time you bet....... in any situation. If poker were only so easy.....oh geez.

i probably dont open this hand but it isnt god awful, flop we treat it like the nuts we have an arse load of equity, and turn we just hit gin get it in ASAP and hope you dont in fact get,.... 10 OUTERed i mean he hold like 80% the time here! ZOMG. I mean the set did have equity the turn please realize this, so dont get super mad when someone jams that it is defendable, i mean idk what your image was but i can defend villains play. I mean i dont play it like villain but i can see what he was thinking
