This is a tough flop to play out of position. You will want to keep the pot small until you see the turn and river. Check. Ch/ca if he bets. If the turn is a blank, bet the pot. He'll call with a king, a made flush, and a flush draw with bad pot odds at an 11$ tournament. If the river is another blank, bet 1/3 the pot.
