  1. WOW, you people REALLY need a sense of humor! I'm sorry, but Daniel's blog was HILARIOUS! I'm sitting at my computer spitting my drink across the keyboard! That was some comical genius, I must say....and Hellmuth needed to be made fun of for that blog! I mean, whats next? He writes one line, then gets that line sponsored by a major corporation??! lol "I was at the Bellagio playing poker with Phil Ivey, there was this one hand that...well anyway, I was drinking a PEPSI, damn those are good, I'd drink them all night if I could (the previous line was sponsored in part by the "Pepsi-cola"
  2. Daniel, You’ve probably tuned out this thread by now (understandably so), but I wanted to add my two cents….The interesting part about this forum has been an established pro and poker celebrity having the stones to enter a public forum and actively converse with “fans” and “detractors” alike. The problem is that to do so you have to let your guard down and eliminate the “barrier of accessibility” that every celebrity perpetually hides behind. I think this is one of the draw backs to that choice however. And unfortunately I don’t think that it even matters what you say or how you say it, def
  3. Oh its a great show! However, there needs to be a lot more poker, hopefully they'll come correct soon and focus more on the poker and less on the apartment decorating...lol And you OWE me a thank you! Here in Utah we gave Urban Meyer his first shot on the major stage, and he rewarded us by busting the BCS, then (understandedly) he went for the millions to take on the SEC in Florida. Two years later? Your National Champions! Urban Meyer is a freaking genius, and we handed him to you on a silver platter....so again, you OWE us a thank you! Oh and, the Big Ten sucks! 41-14, need I say mor
  4. You gotta tell us what happened to Boston Rob?! Is he still playing poker? We’ve all got some money riding on this so just give it to us straight! lol So far the over under is 6 months as a “pro” (personally I’ve got the under, but don’t let that effect the information!). Also, it was funny seeing you away from the tables, and we probably would have been able to cut you some slack on the pink house if it weren’t for the white robe…lol No but seriously, your guest spots have been highly entertaining so far, however, if we sneak in your back door do we get free poker lessons as well? That
  5. There's a new "High Stakes?" didn't know that, thanks! However, it was getting a little boring with all the prop bets that were impossible to follow, hopefully that doesn't drag it down again.....but as long as they bring back the same waitresses, I think it'll be fine..lol Also, Matusow shouldn't be allowed to play, felt sorry for the guy, how many times does one guy need to go bankrupt?! Someone should tackle him.....The premise is the couple from Survivor and the Amazing Race (or rather the husband "Rob") comes to Vegas to become a Poker Pro under the tutelage of Negreanu, its an intere
  6. Through the first two episodes this little “poker crusade” has been quite entertaining, however, it’s hard to believe that this is overly serious. First of all, three months to become a pro? Daniel you’re a great player but even you can’t teach someone in three months…..and honestly, the guy doesn’t exactly seem studious and attentive, for me I’m just waiting to see how much he loses, not “if” he’s going to lose it……besides, from what I’ve seen he’s VERY raw…..so tell me, are you just doing this for the publicity? (not that that’s a bad thing!), it just doesn’t seem to have a lot of substan
