After a run to the store for supplies, we had lunch, watched a couple of shows, retired to the bedroom, she watched 2 episodes of Dexter while I snored like a beast apparently. Not normally a snorer. Got up, I made a meat sauce from scratch. Boiled some angel hair, had dinner while watching 2 eps of Boardwalk Empire. Pooping now and will check put Yankees score. as far as I know, I'm still golden, but this is not a week in which she would be thinking clearly, so I'm letting the idea simmer. She's on her period? She wasn't one to play well with others before. Puppies are great but if I get stuck with a yappy or annoying dog, I'll be one unhappy selfish douche. Shes actually eight and overweight.... so yeah thats close Told the vet yesterday that the last time I woke up to that much whining, crying, and screaming was two years ago the morning after new years... Still have no recollection of sitting down on the toilet or who force fed me all that hot damn liquor In other news.... got up this morning to witness some fool jumping from space and breaking the speed of sound. Fixed me up a fine breakfast of leftover burrito, chili, and fritos.... fired up the puter to a damn weather delay Speaking of puters....ole Randy has been absent quite a bit here of late. My best guess is hes going through a nasty divorce due to the whole MIL hip break/Deb hiring a homeless lawyer instead of his son thing. Either that or he stubbed all ten toes during a run and is now wheelchair bound or something. I knew those glove shoes were a bad idea. It seems to be accurate, but I could have just told them everything without having to answer 300 questions. "Likes working alone; prone to self-consciousness/embarrassment/reduced self-confidence; impatient; will procrastinate given the chance; bores easily; feelings of inadequacy; too self-critical; tends to worry; feelings of hopelessness; problems with self-discipline; indecision. There were some positives, obviously, but none worth mentioning. did you answer the questions honestly? i would have purposefully filled it out to avoid them knowing what i'm really like. and what do they plan to do with these results? as your attorney i'd like to get a jump start on the IIED and wrongful termination suit. but really though, what the **** can this tell them that a review of your work can't? either you do your work and you do it well or you don't, who gives a shit if you'd rather avoid working with some idiot or if you're harder on yourself than you should be. goddamn this is some queer shit. now i'm mad and my day is ruined. I tried for the most part to answer them how I thought they wanted answered, but I could have been less truthful, I guess. I'm sorry. I really don't think it will affect me negatively though. The main takeaway is that I am definitely suited to do the job I am in and that management doesn't need to BS with me, just tell me what to do, leave me alone and it will be done with high quality and in short order. It also mentions that I would be really good in a management role eventually. Mainly, if you look at the big picture of my report my negatives really aren't negatives in the "i work to hard and care to much about my work" vein. Hopefully that makes you feel not upset now.
