Some things I have learned though in comparing the two regions, they each have their cons and pros.Toronto/Durham Region have no American Apparel. The Lululemon's also are a lot smaller and don't sell as much product. The downside of Ottawa is that there are no H&M's. Also there is no Abercrombie & Fitch + Hollister. In this draft I have too many picks for my farm, and I also have #1 & #4 overall this yr. I have a couple 1st round picks in 2012, but I don't yet have a 1st round pick in 2012 that could be a top 4 pick. I think winning combination should finish between 5th last to last. And I wanted to grab a horse now before teams started sucking and that 2012 1st round pick is more valuable. You definetly won the schedule roll of dice by finished last in your division last year, and get to beat up the tankers for 3 games, while the teams that are chasing you have to play against each other.
