Which Soda Is Better?

So is the Can/Bottle debate over? I just want to throw this out there...Jones Soda is damn good. Made with pure sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. Yum. Interestingly, they also make 0 calorie, 0 carb, sugar free Soda. It tastes kind of like carbonated crystal lite. Good flavor but not all the bad stuff regular soda's have. Anybody else a big fan of Jones?

Which I agree is good, but they are also going to be working on an alternative bottling solution so you will have the choice of both cans and bottles. They won the right to sell their soda exclusively for the Seattle Seahawks, and football stadiums + glass bottles are a no-no.

Out of a pop bottle, no. At the bar yes. I was double fisting it and was getting drunk and not paying attention to which was my beer and which was my spitter, wasnt as bad as it sounds I guess.

Yea... I'm from South Georgia, and growing up I alternated between Dew and Dr. Pepper (and RC and Moonpies). But it was all "coke". I could just say I wanted a coke and anybody that knew me, knew I meant a Dr. Pepper 99% of the time. The other 1%, they would ask "What kind?"

I've tried some of that in PA one time and just about threw up.In DC here we call it soda. I was in KY for school and got yelled at and ridiculed for not referring to it as POP. Rod Farva and his liter of cola FTW!I prefer it out of a fountain. Pop out of glass bottles was the best, by far.

Most of the pop down here is still in glass, but they don't let you take the bottle. What you get is the pop "to go" poured into a plastic bag with a straw.

I heard you can get some coke from mexico in glass bottles is some places and that it blows away american made coke. The diffrence seems to be coke from mexico is made with cane sugar while coke in the us and canada is made with the much cheaper high fructose corn syrop. Has anyone tried the mexican made coke? Do you know where you can get it? I also like to buy soda from smaller bottlers like Boylan and Jones where they still have glass bottles.

I've never seen this mexican made coke, even in mexico. But that's what makes Jones soda so good. It's made with pure sugar instead of the corn syrup.
