Easy one. Al Downing. Watching the Braves on TBS all the time finally paid off..lol. alright..I'm thinking of one...Alright...who holds the single season record for most homeruns by a switch hitter. Played for an AL East team. Not Active.played in the 50s and 60s.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh I can't believe I lost on that bullshit. Okay here's my question: Who holds the record for consecutive seasons in which he led the league in TIMES ON BASE? It was for 8 consecutive seasons. Hint: he hit .349 in 104 games his rookie season, which at the time was a MODERN ERA (edit) record for a first-year player. Ichiro has since broken that record.edit: by MODERN ERA I mean since 1940....so Musial would count. But it's not him. Maybe you should just ignore my stupid hint....

Okay well some of the questions are too easy, some are too hard. I'll give a better hint:He is the only player to become a member of the 3,000 hit club with a homerun.Doublehint: He is the oldest player to win a gold glove for the first time.
