That was quite the episode. Does anyone understand what happened with Thirteen? I feel like I must have missed something in a previous episode that would explain it, and Taub's reactions to her.

I DVRd it and it ended just as Cuddy asked him if he'd taken the vicoden. Luckily, I'm a genius, so I had recorded 24 as well just in case, so I was able to see the last 20 seconds. Go me.

I think they should end the series here.
Would have been a great last episode.

I thought of that, but I guess I figured it had to be something more specific...the way she and Taub were interacting was bizarre.

I think the episode would have ended better without the part you saw on 24.

Season six is my clear-cut favorite. I don't think I watched all of season four so maybe I might feel different upon further viewing.

Nah. They already played that whole thing out, it'd be stupid to go back to it.

I think it would have been a better ending for cutty to ask "did you take the vicodin?" and house looks at his palm, says "hmmm" and it ends, without him saying nope and dropping the pills. cut like 5 seconds off the ending. everyone is already wondering it, and it seems completely unbelievable to me that he didn't (or at least that cutty is going to give it up now), but i would have thought about it for a while over the hiatus. now i'm just left saying 'that doesn't make any sense.'

I disagree, respectfully.
thanks for not quoting what you're responding to. I'm NOT going back a page and scrolling through 40 posts to find out.

Why doesn't your dvr have the option to record 5 minutes past the end time?

It's not how many, it's how much. Meds, as I'm sure you know, can come in different dosages...I think that vicodin is typically 500mg, but most of that is the paracetamol (acetominophen (tylenol)) with only a small percentage being hydrocodone (the opiate that gives the fun effects). Two vicodin, 1000mg, is on the high end of a regular dose, so I'm guessing that four of them at once would really fuck up (in a good way) the average person without any serious side effects, but that's a complete guess.
if by **** up you mean your liver...that much tylenol is dangerous. four of those will without a doubt put anybody who has no opiate tolerance to sleep.

Anyone see the episode where Cuddy wants House to do something so she asks him to do the opposite because she knows he will try and defy her and then Wilson intervenes and says he will cut off House's Vicodin if he doesn't behave and the team is frustrated because House doesn't take any interest in his patient until he has a sudden epiphany of the Patient's disease being some super obscure double disease that was negatively affected by the initial treatment that nearly killed the patient?Yeah that Episode was great.

I have to ask...is this on purpose, like a style thing, or do you just have an itchy shift key finger?
Some people have asked me if I am a native German speaker because of my capitalization. I tend to write how I think/speak and the capitalization is just a non-grammatically correct orthography that I use to try and spice up my writing style for expression.I believe that in general, in written communication - and specifically on the 'Net - people will naturally form opinions of us based on our usage of language and how we follow the Rules of Language. If we communicate poorly - they will form negative generalizations and assumptions of us as people. Because the written word can be stiff and flat - I try to purposely stray a little from dry standard usage and application of the Rules because that is how I communicate in "Real Life".I ain't no e e cummings, but I like to take grammatical poetic license with capitalization rules - while hopefully not straying too far away from standard as to appear Ignorant nor Distracting.

I was so shocked to hear the series was ending this season. They haven't really hyped it. Seems like it might ride off into the sunset as opposed to going down in flames.
