And at some point, learn how to play PL Omaha starting at 10 cent 25 cent, although that realistically probably won't happen. If i hit a massive downswing and it doesn't let up, then I'll try to learn Omaha."-Played 15K hands-Won over 41K-**** PL OMAHASo i met 1 of 3 goals last month. This month I want to get in at least 10K hands, not go on a bad downswing, play the 100+9 DS 6 max tournament at least 5 times, and get with a MILF.

k, here is my final graph for september.Lost to a shortie today.uhm, I dont know exactly how much i lost in tourneys...but at least 2.6k...(edit -$3,285 :)lost 5k escrow...I staked a few guys and am potentially going to lose 1.1k, but my one stake is still in the wcoop me, and i have 20%, so my bottom line could change if he cashes..right now i am +$14,589 when all is said and done.will update if i get something from wcoop.i seem to be missing $500 somewhere. prob was a tourney I forgot to write down.- Jordan

/sigh, I'm just glad that september is over. Really bad month for me, was down ~1400 after rakeback and almost 1900 listed in PT in a bit over 20K handshere were my sept goalsmy roll is still around 8K, but I'm about to withdraw 2K so I can afford my drinking, so essentially my roll is gonna be at 6K, I want to get my roll up to 9K ha, was at ~4300 before I had to withdraw 1500 tonight , so right now it's at 2800, but I'm going to have around 1250 coming through with rakeback+bonus, so I'm right around 4K right nowand play 25-32K hands. not gonna set a winrate or anything like that, but 3K with rakeback+bonii+winnings is doable...........I hopeeh, got slightly over 20K, so I missed my low goal, and as we know I didn't make 3Kso here are my october goals: *play between 25-32K hands *make 3K in winnings *drop down to 3/6 until I get my roll over 7K and stay there *end sessions when I feel like I may be making dumb mistakesI just want to have fun this month and get my shit done that I need to get done and make sure that i do well on my midterms and get everything in order to get myself into depaul for Jan. Also I want to kick back big time and enjoy the bordeaux tasting that I'll be doing later in the month

September Results:My return to poker has been a good one so far. Starting BR was about $30, I'm now sitting at $280. My SnG results for Sept have been great, I haven't checked the numbers yet but the majority of my winnings has come from SnG's.Oct Goals:Continue to play mostly SnG's, play some cash games and throw in the odd MTT. Goals:15,000 hands at the nl 6max tables. Mostly at 25nl, with a shot at 50nl if I'm running good. Maintain a winrate of +5ptbb/100 or better.Final table a MTT tourny. This might be difficult, as I only plan to play maybe 10-15 of these at the most.

Started September with $200ish dollars not exactly sure how much and yesterday I cleared $1600 so things are going well. I am dominating cash games again, hopefully soon we will be back up to $100NL looking to get to 3k by Halloween.In the past I have tried to play just one type of poker and focus on it for the month, I have found that I am not capable of doing this I need to mix it up. So I am going to shoot for 50 turbo SNG's of various size tables, and 10k hands of NL holdemwith some stud and omaha sprinkled in.

Oct. is going to be a rebuilding month for me as i went busto at the end of Sept. I was trying to get a few $$ online but couldnt find a way to deposit on stars which sucked. Anyways i ended up using my FPP to play a sat. to the million and won a seat, so now im using the T$ to grind up a roll playing SNGs. It def. sucks going from playing 9 $16 SNGs at a time to playing 4 $6 SNGs at a time but i guess thats what you gotta do sometimes. My plan is to play enough SNGs to get my roll back to 400 and then ill start 6 tabling $6 SNGs. Once i get to $600 ill start 9 tabling. Hopefully it wont take me to long to get to a grand from there at which point ill start to mix in some $16 SNGs. I dont plan on jumping back into the $16s until i have at least 1500 in my account which i hope is possible around the end of this month. Im also going to try and keep a daily blog of my progress going to motivate me to play/blog everyday.Summary: make $1500 and play at least 600 SNGs this month

For now just the 9 man SNGs. I was playing the 18 man turbos and was banking on those for awhile, but for now ill just play the 9 mans. Why r the 45 mans super soft?

sick, up $9,470 so far over 860 hands. could potentially be a sick sick month, although i'll probably get lazy and take like a week off at some point for no reason.

Thanks, Sheiky.I played 66 SnG's, mostly $5, 18 seat on stars, with a few $10, 18 seat thrown in there as well. I played a couple 27 seat of $5/$10 too. I checked my results last night in Poker Office, ROI was 36% for the $5 and 75% for the $10. If I continue to do well I will move up to the $10 SnG's and play those primarily. I like to have at least 50 buy-ins for the SnG levels I'm playing, preferrably much more, as much as 100. I was under-rolled for the $5 when I started this recovery, but $5 are the lowest I'll play. I find grinding lower than $5 to be too much effort for the gain and I know my past results for the $5 are good.

September was a breakeven month online, played very little mainly due to being at college again and also playing more live,I'm going to try and put together a mtt shedule so i can play as much as possible cos atm my time management sucks ass.

Hey if you guys don't mind my jumping into strat, I think it would help if I set some goals for myself to strive for.Still working on what they will be, but I have a few ideas. This is going to be a rebuilding month for me as I took everything off of Full Tilt to have some spending money for the rest of the semester.Get PokerTracker.Get September's rakeback in (~80) and turn it into ~150.Work on sng's and try to get a decent ITM/Win% playing at least one a day.Spend more time in the strat forums and work on improving my game overall.

• Remember how to win.Check. After starting somewhat poorly, I've regained a lot of confidence in the past few weeks...some in cash games and a lot in big buy-in tournaments. As a result, I had my best month ever.

I am never EVER playing another $11 NLHE SNG on Stars again. The nits are driving me up a wall. I just played 4 of them and in each one there were 7 players left with the blinds at 100/200!!!!I'm thinking of switching to the $16 PLO/PLO8 1-table Turbos. Anyone have any experience in these? I've never played any Omaha turbos at Stars. Will they make me wanna pull my hair out?
